Any claim should be brought against the entity (SA Pro/Am) and not individuals. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SA Pro/Am (and our officers, employees, and agents) from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts (venue: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal), subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution process stated on the Site from time to time.
